Rum, fresh mint, lime, orange and vanilla. Mmmh!
50ml Whistler Spiced Rum
16 Mint Leaves – clapped between your hands once
to release the flavour
30ml Simple Syrup (mix three teaspoons of water with
three teaspoons of sugar to make 30 ml “simple syrup”)
6 Drops Ginifer Orange bitters
Add mint leaves to a tall glass and pour in the rum, syrup and bitters.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and churn until the ice melts halfway down the glass. Top the glass with crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
