Whistler Rum is currently joining forces with two other rum brands. To this end, we've moved our distillery to KZN, and unfortunately cannot produce or sell our rum at the moment. We are excited to get back into the rum production in 2025!

Silver Club with Whistler Rum

Whistler African Style Rum - Silver Club with Rum cocktail

This cocktail was designed for our barrel aged silver rum. Berries and bananas in perfect balance.

Cocktail Ingredients

50ml Whistler Silver Rum

6 Fresh Raspberries

20ml Banana liqueur

15ml Lemon juice

15ml Simple Syrup

15ml Egg white or egg white replacement (Celluzoon as example)

Cocktail Method

Muddle 3 raspberries in a cocktail shaker with the rum, liqueur, lemon juice, syrup and egg white. Shake contents hard for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake for a further 30 seconds. Pour into a coup style glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
