Silver Club with Whistler Rum
This cocktail was designed for our barrel aged silver rum. Berries and bananas in perfect balance.
50ml Whistler Silver Rum
6 Fresh Raspberries
20ml Banana liqueur
15ml Lemon juice
15ml Simple Syrup
15ml Egg white or egg white replacement (Celluzoon as example)
Muddle 3 raspberries in a cocktail shaker with the rum, liqueur, lemon juice, syrup and egg white. Shake contents hard for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake for a further 30 seconds. Pour into a coup style glass and garnish with fresh raspberries.
