Rum, Raspberry and Tonic Cocktail
Just what the name says...
50ml Whistler Silver Rum
20ml Lemon juice
15 ml Simple Syrup (1 teaspoon sugar desolved in 1 teaspoon water)
15ml Egg white or egg white replacement such as celluzoon
25ml Raspberry Syrup
Indian Tonic Water
Add all the ingredients, except for the tonic water, into an empty cocktail shaker. Vigurously shake the content for 30 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake untill the contents are cold. Pour into a large, glass filled goblet and top up with indian tonic. Garnish with rosemary and fresh raspberries.
