50ml Whistler Spiced Rum
15ml Elderflower syrup
15ml Fresh Lemon juice
4 x Cucumber chunks (4 thick cucumber slices)
Cucumber wheels and a rosemary sprig
Muddle the cucumber chunks with the rum, syrup and juice into a cocktail shaker Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Pour the shaker contents into a large, ice filled goblet. Top the glass with indian tonic and garnish with cucumber wheels and a sprig of rosemary.
